St Vincent Places Ban On Shark Fin Fishing And Parrot Fish Harvesting

Earlier this year the SVGEF changed its logo’s icon to a parrot fish, in order to highlight its importance. The Swarovski initiative also drew attention to it, as a key endangered species in St Vincent and the Grenadines, requiring protection. The SVGEF has been advising the Ministry of Fisheries on the importance of protecting the parrotfish.
